With a complete CNC maching facility in house, PMC can offer many tooling options based on customer volume, material and budget. Aluminum for prototype or unfilled materials, hardened steel inserts to fit PMC frame for low cost side action tooling or hardened steel, multi-cavity hot runner molds for large productions runs. When running glass filled materials, hardened S7, D2 or H13 steel molds and inserts can be used.
